Ormeasco wine of stricter quality selection, made in limited quantities, aged in wooden barrels for at least one year before being able to be qualified as superior.
With a ruby red colour, which can turn slightly amber when aged for a few years, with a dry, delicate flavour, it is a wine that goes well with red meat and game. It should be served at room temperature and opened a few hours earlier in order to better appreciate its aroma and flavour.
